Game Drives

We offer game drives all year round, either in the early morning or late afternoon. Viewing game in the wild is a unique experience and we are proud to be home to the "Big Five" as well as smaller animals and birds.

Game Drive Packages

We offer the following game drive packages (prices per person, on request):

• Game Drive
• Game & Bird Trail (no under 16s)
• Game Drive - Sole Use (for groups of 12 or less)

Walks are available from mid August to mid May. Please consult the Game Department.

Bush Braais

To make your stay memorable we suggest that you include a game drive and bush braai in your itinerary. The bush braai is held in our boma situated 10 minutes from the lodge on Wednesday and Saturday evenings. The menu consists of traditional South African dishes. Booking is essential to avoid disappointment.

Bush braais are held on Wednesday and Saturday evenings for all hotel and timeshare guests and operate all year round.

Apart from Wednesdays and Saturdays, other drive/braai combinations can be arranged as follows:

Game drives and bush braais can also be arranged on any other evening subject to a minimum of 30 people being booked (groups of less than 30 pay for 30).

For a group of less than 30 people, a surcharge of R2000 is applicable.
